Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the key conduit between the business and its clients, facilitating efficient communication and cultivating a relationship of mutual trust and support.
Key Responsibilities
Creating and implementing strategic account plans
Managing client interactions and maintaining long-term relationships
Identifying and addressing customer needs promptly
Negotiating contracts and closing agreements
Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts
The Ideal Candidate
Skilled in managing client relationships and influencing stakeholders
In-depth understanding of BEMS and the broader Smart Building sector
Commercially astute with a proven track record in account management
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
