Role Overview As Regional BMS Manager, your mission is to drive the company's ambitious goals through astute operational management. You will hold the reigns of this business unit and lead your team to deliver revenue targets, maximising customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate, lead and inspire your team to success Deliver on revenue and EBITDA targets Take responsibility for Health and Safety regulations including new policies Meet and exceed monthly/annual KPIs and forecast future requirements Nurture existing relationships and develop new business opportunities Manage budget effectively, optimising operational costs and resource allocation Ensure constant excellence in customer service, guide escalation issues to resolution Monitor and manage P&L, driving profitability at every opportunity Regularly communicate with the team, providing direction, coaching, and development Manage and mitigate business exposure to debt
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in BMS control systems, preferably in a management role Track record of excellent people management and leadership skills Understanding of operational cost management, sales target delivery, and forecasting Strong customer service ethos, and experience resolving customer escalation issues Experience in managing suppliers such as sub-contractors and product manufacturers Proactive, driven, and confident with excellent communication skills Able to ensure business improvement through continuous process and system enhancement
