VIGO is working with a well-established, growing BMS specialist based in Essex, supporting their search for a BMS Engineer to join their team. The business operates across both large and small-scale projects and prides itself on maintaining a close-knit, supportive environment where engineers are not just a number.
This is a hybrid role covering service, commissioning, and small works, offering variety and the opportunity to work across a mix of sites throughout London and the Southeast.
Role Overview
As a BMS Engineer, you will support the delivery and maintenance of BMS systems across a varied portfolio of sites, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and client satisfaction.
You will play a key role in both service and project delivery, contributing to the ongoing growth of the business as demand continues to increase.
Key Responsibilities
Service, fault finding, and maintenance of BMS systems across multiple client sites
Commissioning of BMS systems and involvement in small works projects
Working across a range of systems including Trend, Tridium (Niagara), Distech, and Siemens
Supporting project delivery where required
Providing technical support and troubleshooting both independently and as part of a team
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working as a BMS Engineer (service, commissioning, or hybrid)
Strong knowledge of one or more systems: Trend, Tridium/Niagara, Distech, Siemens
Comfortable working across both service and project-based environments
Able to work independently across multiple sites
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Based within or commutable to London / Southeast
What’s on Offer
£60,000 – £65,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
