VIGO is recruiting on behalf of a leading BMS integration specialist with an established presence within the smart buildings sector. This business is known for its cutting-edge work in automating and optimising building environments for energy efficiency. They’re now looking to bring on board an accomplished BMS Service Engineer with expertise in Trend and Tridium platforms.
Role Overview
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on the frontline of their operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of building management systems and continually improving their performance to optimise energy efficiency. Your work will contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality, sustainable buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering planned and reactive service to a portfolio of clients
Managing and resolving technical issues within a range of BMS systems
Training junior engineers and passing on leadership skills
Testing, commissioning and optimisation of Trend and Tridium BMS systems
Liaising with clients to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded
The Ideal Candidate
In-depth knowledge of Trend and Tridium BMS platforms
Experience within a BMS Service Engineer role or similar
Exceptional technical problem-solving skills
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to develop strong relationships
Leadership ability and an eagerness to mentor junior team members
