Key Responsibilities
Lead BMS projects from initiation to completion
Mentor junior BMS engineers to develop their technical skills
Conduct regular site surveys and client meetings to ensure project is on track
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations and complex projects
Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements
The Ideal Candidate
Has extensive experience in the BMS/BEMS sector
Holds a relevant engineering degree or equivalent
Brings proven leadership or project management skills
Is confident in dealing with clients and suppliers
Embraces new technology and can adapt to rapidly changing environments
