Role Overview
As a Special Works Project Engineer, you'll be focusing on technological upgrades, energy enhancement initiatives, and advanced software modifications that transform existing systems into environmentally-friendly, efficient structures. Key Responsibilities
Design and create comprehensive BMS design documentation Conduct site surveys and gather data for project designs Develop and configure BMS software and graphics Ensure compliance with ISO standards and health & safety policies Prepare and issue monthly payment applications and invoices Manage project variations and liaise with customer QS on commercial matters Coordinate with control panel and electrical subcontractors to meet key program dates
The Ideal Candidate
4+ years of experience in the BMS industry, specifically in design, engineering, and commissioning of building management systems Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-focused with excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software A strong technical awareness and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
