VIGO is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a Scottish business making waves in the Building Management Systems (BMS/BEMS) industry. Due to their continuous growth, they're in need of an experienced Account Manager with a strong BEMS background.
Role Overview
In this role, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts within the firm's customer portfolio. If you're keen on making the transition from the BEMS engineering field into sales or are already thriving in the sales domain within the BEMS industry, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and nurturing key accounts within the customer portfolio
Meeting and exceeding sales objectives and targets
Providing exceptional service to clients, addressing their enquiries, needs, and concerns promptly
Forecasting sales and project milestones
Developing new business with consultants, contractors, and end users
Leading and driving new initiatives
Developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with new and existing customers
Conducting regular check-ins and client business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Assisting in planning and participating in marketing, promotional activities, and customer entertainment
Liaising between the client and internal teams
The Ideal Candidate
Has 5-10 years' experience in the field of BEMS
Holds relevant qualifications (e.g. electrical/mechanical)
Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship building skills
Can work independently without supervision
Strives for outstanding customer satisfaction
Has a flexible, self-motivated approach to work
Is passionate about technology and innovation
Holds a full driving licence
