Role Overview
In this crucial role, the BMS Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing around 100 accounts. Your goal would be to maintain healthy high-level relationships with all clients, ensuring their smart building systems needs are met, and they are getting the most out of their BMS. Working out of their London base, you are joining a business known for its strong client-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Management and growth of approx. 100 accounts
Ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction
Optimising service delivery for each client's BMS
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Nurturing high-level relationships with all clients
Delivering against set KPIs and targets
The Ideal Candidate
Proven track record in account management within BEMS/BMS industry
Strong knowledge of BMS systems and their application
Experience managing a large portfolio of accounts
Excellent relationship-building skills
Stellar communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
