Role Overview
As a key member of our Project Engineering team, you'll play a vital part in managing smaller-scale projects, taking them from conception to delivery. This senior role offers a unique chance to utilise your BEMS experience and demonstrate your leadership capacity. Apart from the critical task of BMS commissioning, you'll also have the chance to supervise junior engineers, influencing their professional growth and functioning efficiently on your own.
Key Responsibilities
Taking responsibility for the overall management of smaller-scale projects
Ensuring compliance with company Health & Safety and CDM requirements
Building and maintaining strong client relations
Carrying out field point to point checks, terminations, panel and wiring modifications
Commissioning various DDC control systems
Procurement of control items, and sizing control valves
Demonstrating and handing over to clients on projects
Providing technical support to team members
Producing IO wiring diagram to be sent to panel designer and reviewing design once received from panel shop
Engaging in any other duties deemed necessary by the directors or management of the business
The Ideal Candidate
Has excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Is self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
Has great customer relations and commercial awareness
Has experience with Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, or ALC
Possesses strong knowledge of Niagara-based systems
Is electrically competent with strong PC skills (Word and Excel)
