Role Overview
As a Special Works Manager, you'll be vital in delivering cutting-edge solutions designing, implementing, and commissioning projects that enhance sustainable building intelligence. Key Responsibilities
Design and create comprehensive BMS design documentation Conduct site surveys to collect data for detailed project designs Develop and configure BMS software and graphics based on approved technical submittals Ensure compliance with ISO standards and health and safety regulations Manage project variations and liaise with customer quality control on commercial matters Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reports
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 4 years of experience in the BMS industry Experience in designing, engineering, and commissioning building management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Functional knowledge of CAD Highly motivated with a customer-focused attitude
